Our segments are cast in industry standard grades of manganese steel as well as our in-house specifications developed for high wear applications found in opencast mining. Mechanical spares are cast in cast iron, cast steel and SG iron grades.

Each segments is quality checked and approved before shipped:

• Ground to ensure the segment seating face is smooth
• Pressed and checked with a jig to ensure it fits flush on the drum face
• Dimensions and bolt hole centres are verified
